Dear Investor,
This is to share with you that MCB Asset Management Limited (Management Company of MCB Dynamic Cash Fund, MCB Dynamic Stock Fund, MCB Dynamic Allocation Fund and MCB Cash Management Optimizer) and Arif Habib Investments Limited have agreed to explore the possibilities of a merger between the two companies, subject to all regulatory approvals. Sponsors of both companies feel that a merger would strengthen business and benefit investing public.
Any further development in this regard be finalized subject to agreement on valuations and due diligence.
